There was a great deal of planning that had do be done in order for this dance to take place. In the process of all the planning, we got stumped quite a few times. Nevertheless, we figured it out. One of our biggest problems was how we were going to get snacks and beverages for the kids at the dance. We handed out fliers to everyone in the class with the option to donate snacks and drinks. There was also a tiny struggle with planning the times, because we had to change it so many times to be sure it fit the elementary time schedule. We made flyers with the information about the dance to put up at the elementary and hand out for the kids to take home. That part was a breeze. Eventually, after all that planning, the dance finally came and the kids loved it. For music we used Garage Band. For the lights, we used a lighting software system.
