Technical Services Representative (Announced 5/16/2018)

Job Description

A Technical Services Representative primarily responds to help desk phone calls, web-based trouble tickets, and email support requests generated by both students and adults related to EAST software and hardware. The Technical Services Representative also provides support for hands-on technical training sessions, internal technical issues, as well as technical needs during EAST events.

The applicant must be a high school graduate with a diverse background in technology. EAST classroom experience is strongly preferred. Skills needed include server/network administration and experience with the standard software included in an EAST classroom. The ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing is required. The hours are flexible between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. with additional hours available during the summer months. This position is open to applicants interested in either full-time or part-time work during an 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. regular shift located at the EAST Initiative office in Little Rock.

Communications Coordinator (Announced 5/3/2018)

Job Description

The Communications Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for the strategic planning and execution of the organization’s overall communications (print and electronic) and public relations. As a brand ambassador, this position will oversee brand integrity across EAST’s network. To effectively deliver a holistic voice of EAST, the communications coordinator will engage with and support all internal departments as well as build a collaborative relationship with our network of schools. This position will create and/or assist in the development of written, audio, and video content for EAST. The Communications Manager works with a variety of media and technical environments to advance EAST’s mission and implementation of the strategic goals.
