The Outside Brick Walk Project was initiated in 2012 by a group of students from Hope High School. Our primary objective, which remains unchanged, is to establish a sidewalk leading to the flagpole. Last year, two students from Hope High, Jair Arroyo and Ivan Sanchez, took the initiative to revitalize this project. Our plan involves producing new bricks to replace the existing ones currently installed outdoors. Additionally, we aim to complete the sidewalk to the flagpole using custom bricks. The Brick Walk sidewalk is intended to honor a loved one or to recognize an individual who has positively impacted our community. Initially, we faced a learning curve with using the Glowforge; however, we dedicated time to watch numerous instructional videos to understand the process effectively.
