The North Little Rock Airshow reached out to Pottsville Junior High EAST in need of a digital photo frame for their upcoming airshow in October and Jax, Reese, and Jalyn were up for the challenge. We had never made a filter before so we were nervous on what to expect but began researching. Instagram and Facebook were our first options but then our team soon realized that it was not possible for us to upload our filter without paying a fee so we resorted to Canva. After many back and forth emails and putting lots of thought into our first design we decided to log into Canva and get started.

Reese played a big role in this project by figuring out how to make the right QR codes and how to make them correspond with the right frames. Jax and Jalyn worked on designing the frames after trying many designs and lots of hard work we designed the perfect digital frame for the North Little Rock airshow. Our team started testing our frame on each other, teacher, and students to make sure everything ran smoothly and was perfect for the day of the airshow.

When we got to the Airshow, we worked together to engage with the people walking by asking if they wanted a free photo to make their day memorable. It was difficult at first speaking to all the strangers and getting their attention but we soon got the hang of it. Many families agreed and told us they loved what we were doing and loved the way their picture came out. We had a very pleasant experience and we are very thankful of all the new technology we got to learn and how we got to boost our networking skills with the public.
