View Full Job DescriptionDo you enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment and helping create a welcoming, organized space? EAST may have the opportunity for you!
As EAST’s Office & Facilities Coordinator, you’ll serve as a friendly first point of contact for visitors while helping ensure our office is ready for staff, students, educators, Board members, and guests. This is a hands-on role where no two days look exactly the same.
From keeping supplies stocked and coffee brewing to setting up meeting and training spaces, coordinating building maintenance, and working with vendors, you'll help keep the EAST office and grounds organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.
You’ll also support staff meetings, social committee activities, and help plan and execute EAST events throughout the year. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, teamwork, and taking initiative.
We’re looking for a go-getter who likes trying new things, taking on new opportunities, and seeing projects through to completion.
