The EAST Initiative is pleased to announce the winners of the 2015 EAST Conference logo contest, Hunter Duty and Dakotah Martinez from Nettleton Junior High School in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
Har-Ber EAST Sophomores Visit Washington, DC

Project Ignition, a driving safety project of Springdale Har-Ber High School’s EAST program, earned a trip to Washington D.C. for the National Service Learning Conference this past April.
New EAST Forums coming July 21

As of July 21, we will deactivate the old EAST Forums for public use and activate the new EAST Forums. If there are any Forum Posts you wish to save from the current forums, please do so (copy and paste is recommended) BEFORE July 21. The new Forums will be debuted at Summer Seminar. Searcy High School EAST project dedication today

The public is invited to join the Searcy High School EAST program and Searcy Parks and Recreation to celebrate the completion of the Walk Through History project, installation of the permanent sign and dedication of the historic walking trail in downtown Searcy. The event begins at 3:30 p.m. at the Benjamin Clayton Black House May 19.

The EAST Initiative is pleased to announce 14 new schools in Arkansas that will implement the EAST program in the 2014 – 2015 school year, primarily funded by grants through the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE).
